Posting a query on behalf of a non-member,

I am looking into a certain Canadian WWII soldier named Reginald A. Shepherd. He was in the North Shore NB Reg and passed away on April 5th 1945 in Holland. That I know. But is there more information on him? Like when did he join the unit and when was he sent over to England? Which battles did he participate in?
