Royal Canadian Artillery, 14th Field Regiment, RCA
I'm trying to identify the men from some batteries of this regiment. I have been able to identify 70-80 of the men from A Troop, 32nd Battery but would like to be able to identify as many as possible. I have made a Facebook group to help with the process.

Hey bandslak, welcome to WARTIMES.ca, I modified your post to be more clear for other members. On your Facebook group you have posted these two photos -- are these the only men you are looking to identify?

Re: Royal Canadian Artillary, 4th Light Anti-Aircraft, 14th Field Regt.
I haven't counted the men in those two pictures but I believe there are a lot more.
I have a spreadsheet set up for the two regiments and so far have 1990 men in the list. I have tried in the past to determine the number of men in these regiments (realizing it would not be static) but have been unable to determine that so far.
I have been able to determine the date of passing only on 461 of those men so far.
Back in the 70's there were Associations for both these regiments and the names I have so far are taken from membership booklets of that time period. The last number of years I have been unable to determine that these Associations still exist.
I have been able to identify some of the men (possibly 20-40) as a result of people visiting my Group but mainly I had some photos which were labelled.

Those photos have approximately 50 men in each of the, more or less, 5 rows, making for a total of approximately 250 in each photo.

Re: Royal Canadian Artillary, 4th Light Anti-Aircraft, 14th Field Regt.
I’m a little confused by this post. These are TWO separate units correct? The 14th Cdn Field Regiment, RCA and the 4th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment, RCA....correct
So your looking to identify the men in BOTH Regiments, or just the 14th Cdn Field Regiment?
And did you want to identify the men in the photos......or are you just looking for All that served in the Regiment.
And are you looking for a list of men who landed on D Day
Sorry, just have a little issue with trying to figure out exactly. I went to the links posted, but they didn’t clarify my confusion on what is being sought.
Cheers

Re: Royal Canadian Artillary, 4th Light Anti-Aircraft, 14th Field Regt.
No problems Phil. I am assuming that the research is for ONLY the 14th Cdn Field Artillery Regt, RCA?
