Greeting all, need some help locating hometowns for P/O Hunt, Flt Sgt McGarvey, Sgt Heddle and Sgt Guy. Any and All help truly appreciated !
Halifax, MZ531, June 8, 1944, R.A.F. No. 76 Squadron
Aircraft took off from RAF Holme on Spalding Moor. Aircraft was shot down by flak while on an operation to bomb the rail yards at Juvisy-sur-Orge, France in support of the D-Day landings. The Halifax was abandoned by the crew and crashed near Etampes, Essonne, France
