Hi George!
Just interested as to what your looking into with regards to this aircraft!? I am doing some homework on my great Uncle (Anthony Sallis) who was the man killed in this accident! Anything you know or have found out would be great to hear! I have pictures of him and more information if you want it too!

It seems that the Blenheim that crashed that day was K7120

Re: Bristol Beaufighter, RCAF 404 Squadron
Greetings joshiecookie, Thank You so much for the heads up about your great Uncle (Anthony Sallis) and would always appreciate more info. I have always had an interest in WW II Aviation, I had read stories about American volunteers with the Flying Tigers in China and the R.A.F. Eagle Squadrons in England when I retired from the U.S. Air Force I wondered if their were any others, and to my amazement, there were, not only in the Air force, But in the Commonwealth Army, Navy and Merchant Navy as well, so I started researching with the Royal Canadian Squadrons looking for Americans, As I went I started saving all the info that I found as I went, no matter what country they came from. Down here in Terrell, Texas they have the #1 British Flying Training School Museum, to Honour the Canadian, British and American Cadets that trained there in WW II. Unfortunately with training, 20 Cadets were killed in Training and are buried there as well, We do a Memorial Ride (Motorcycles) here in Texas to Honour these Cadets for their Sacrifice. I showed the Museum what I have so far, with an Awesome Big Help from Temujin and they asked if I would share the info with them, which I have. I believe ALL these Warriors need to be known about and Remembered for what they did.
Temujin, as always, I really appreciate your help and assistance, been a bit quiet on here as I have been on the Royal Air Force side of things, found a lot more Americans in the R.C.A.F. that were assigned to R.A.F., R.A.A.F. R.N.Z.A.F. and S.A.A.F. Squadrons, Trying to find info on them has slowed me down a bit But Thank You for all the help !
