R.C.A.F. No. 415 Squadron, Handley Page Hampden P2065 and AE201 on the ground incident.
On February 26, 1943 Handley Page Hampden P2065 was being refueled for the next mission, the aircraft caught fire, as the fire spread through the aircraft the loaded bombs exploded destroying the aircraft, the blast also destroyed the aircraft that was parked near to the aircraft, Hampden AE201, there is no evidence whether anyone was hurt or injured in this incident.
