Contact form not working for me

Hi,

I was trying to send a message to the site owner but the only option I found was a form on the contact page. Each time I try to send a message using that for, however, I get the following error: "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."

I've tried several times and from different browsers. Is there another way to contact the site owner? And is there a way to report my issue with the contact form to the web admin? I've been through the main website pages but couldn't find an email address or an alternate method of contact.
