Have another one, Albert George Leonard ("Len") Morgan, born West Terre Haute, Indiana, March 23,1923, died March 11, 2005, Palm Harbor, Florida. Another American who crossed the border prior to the U.S. joining in, got his RCAF wings at No. 14 S.F.T.S., apparently was sent overseas to the desert, squadron unknown, later while in Egypt he transferred to the USAAF, assigned to Air Transport Command, then sent stateside 1943, did some Instructor duties at Reno Army Air Base, Following the war, he flew with the 123rd Fighter Group with the Kentucky Air National Guard.
Did he transfer prior to being assigned to a squadron ???
Any help would be appreciated !
