Timujin,

Wow, I have looked all over the place for these brothers, looks like 6 of the brothers served in Canadian Forces, but cannot find any info on any of them, two other brothers who were not allowed in the forces joined the state guard. seems thy are from Pittsfield, Massachusetts. That is all the info that I now.

George, found two American’s who died on active service with the Royal Canadian Navy (Sinking of the Destroyer St. Croix. (Pronounced ‘Saint” “Croy”

Americans Air Force, Army, Navy, I will take them all ! It's keeping me preoccupied and out of my wife's hair :-) You have given me one heck of a run this last week or two, really appreciate it !!!!

Your welcome George. I’ll take a break now, think you have enough to keep you researching for a least a couple of days.

Even though not many joined the Canadian Navy, I did read a report the Navy thought approx 48 American’s were in the RCN, so wanted to see if I could find any.

So far between the Royal Navy and Canadian Navy I found 54, with 3 of them being Navy aircraft pilots. (Strange one was killed flying Bristol Beaufighters) ! Found 47 amongst the Merchant Navy, and 129 among the passenger list on "Torpedoed" ships.

And the research continues :-) have a GREAT Weekend !
