Canadian Army Tobacco Depots

Another new one I hadn’t seen before. While going thru War Establishments, I found a Establishment or a Tobacco Depot.......run by the Canadian Postal Corps
I had never heard of that, so a little research, and you can see why they were set up and how they works .......basically to distribute cigarettes to the troops
