In memory of Lieutenant William Montague Turner, Loyal Edmonton Regiment, R.C.I.C., killed when the armoured G-Wagon he was riding in was struck by a roadside bomb near the Gumbad platoon house at about 7:30 a.m. Kandahar time, April 22, 2006.
