Looking for the hometown for Navigator, P/O A.H. Peters, J/18148, RCAF, Killed with crew on Vickers Wellington MP 652, on August 20, 1943, RCAF No. 407 Squadron. I checked CWGC, CVWM, Canadian Fallen Heroes, and Find-A-Grave with no joy !

A.H. Peters was my grandfather.
Born in Colbourne ON but drove down to Windsor to enlist...

Greetings Rob, I am sure you have this info, but just in case you don't, This is the short version of what I was able to find.

Vickers Wellington, MP652, August 20, 1943

Aircraft on a transit flight to Chivenor, having been redirected returning from previous raid due to weather. aircraft hit high ground and crashed Bunkercombe Hill, Somerset about 15.30 hrs. All RCAF crew were killed in this accident.

Pilot: F/O G.W. Hirtle, J/20684, RCAF, Liverpool, Queen's Co., Nova Scotia, Canada.
