Greetings everyone, Looking for hometown on F/Sgt Carl Lowell Morton, DFM, RCAF, R/101074, Navigator

First found him while he was with RAF 23 O.T.U. flying V. Wellington DV700, 14 July 1942, while on training flight S/B carb froze, engine failed, Pilot ordered crew to abandon aircraft, sadly, pilot stayed with aircraft and was killed, also fellow American, F/Sgt Charles W. Auld, R/98159 was too low for the chute to open and was also killed, rest of crew okay

Assigned to RAF No. 78 Squadron, on 14 Oct 1942, while flying in Halifax DT510, Ops to Kiel, on return, pilot over corrected during landing due to crosswind and crashed into a hanger, all survived

Then on 16 November, still with RAF No, 78 Squadron flying Halifax DT522 on mission to Genova, on return, aircraft ran out of fuel, pilot ordered crew to abandon aircraft, Sadly the pilot landed in a river and drowned, rest of crew were okay

Any Help locating his hometown would be appreciated

George
