RAF No. 38 Squadron
Wellington, HF868, July 13, 1942

Aircraft took off from an airfield near Cairo, Egypt. Aircraft on completion of the mission made its way back to base, aircraft was four miles out from the airfield when the aircraft ran out of fuel and crashed killing three of the crew members

Aircraft took off from RAF North Coates on a Rover Patrol, Aircraft failed to return from a sortie off Terschelling, Netherlands. Aircraft cause of loss and location of crash is not known, lost without a trace.
